The Pet Peeve Measuring Stick: That’s not how I would have…

Hi Friends! Carlie with Remarkable People Solutions where we provide enduring and remarkable relief through custom, people, and process solutions.

The question for today’s 60 seconds is “What is most important?”

As a business owner staring at applicants and resumes can be daunting especially when you add in your pet peeves, although it feels like your gut reaction is a good one to follow and RPS we believe that an effective selection process will take into consideration your pet peeves. The applicant who walks out the door and you say “that’s not how I would have” or “that’s not would I have”, those types of questions may be important but we certainly do not believe they are most important. The ability to access character, chemistry, and competency lead you to understand someone’s stability and the potential for a culture fit at your company. If you were to ask us what’s most important we believe its stability.

An easy formula to remember is Stability/Everything.
